The Brief - kept short, sort of.

I will be running 110 Miles (177km) from Canning Town (East London) to Portsmouth in memory of our late Friend, Artist, Skateboarder, Brother, Son and Fiancé who hailed from where I aim to finish the run and resided where I will be starting.

This will be a return home of sorts in honour of our boy, Joseph Loughborough. Paired with a fundraising effort for Macmillan Cancer research, who were ever present in Joe's final days, giving the best support possible.

I aim to complete the run within 28hours if possible. This will not be broken into stages but done in one single effort. Joe never did anything in halves, so why should I? (IYKYK)

The run will be supported by friends along the route to feed me, heckle me and touch my feet.

This is second close friend I have lost to Melanoma in recent years, would greatly appreciate any donations and to share the link/story.
