Signposted Cymru is a mental health charity based in Aberdare and support people in need. They offer immediate intervention for individuals struggling with their mental health.

They also run fitness boot camps to help with physical health as well mental health.

They have helped me immensely over this last few months with my mental and physical health struggles and I will be eternally grateful to them for their help and support.

I aim to complete 100km through March but would hope to get to 120km if possible.

I will only have 2 days a week to get this done so really pushing myself to get fit in body and mind.
