Hi! I'm on the waiting list* to the run the Hackney Half Marathon in 2026, raising funds for Refuge. I've done this in 2024 and 2025 and have been really touched by everybody's support! I'd be really grateful if you could support me and this brilliant charity once again.

Refuge is the largest single provider of specialist services to survivors of domestic, sexual and gender-based abuse and runs the freephone, 24-hour National Domestic Abuse Helpline that provides the first step to women escaping abuse. 

One woman in four will experience domestic abuse at some point in her lifetime and on average two women are killed each week in England and Wales by a current or former partner.
