In 2002, my wife Kim was diagnosed with skin cancer with a terminal diagnosis. In early 2003, City Hospice were there during her final days making sure that she had the support we needed to get through that difficult time.

Did you know City Hospice is the only provider of home-based specialist palliative care in the capital? Their services are provided free of charge, meaning the charity needs to raise more than £3 million each year to ensure they can keep sending their nurses out into the local community. City Hospice is at the heart of Cardiff, providing end of life care to patients in the local community.
