Head for Lyon - A final challenge 🤔

Head for Change is a charity pioneering positive change for brain health in sport, while supporting people who are suffering neurodegenerative disease as a result of their sporting careers

The Head for Lyon bike ride is a huge challenge for me (& the others in the group). The ride over 5 days will see me attempt to ride from London to the city of Lyon (794 Km 494 miles) in time to coincide with the Rugby World Cup encounter between Wales & Australia. Other participants on the ride include former International rugby players & the charity’s ambassador & Tour de France winner Geraint Thomas
