I'm honoured to be captain of the Kidney Wales Ice Hockey team at the Cardiff all stars ice hockey tournament on June 6th. I'll also be running the Cardiff half marathon on October 4th for Kidney Wales

This charity means so much to me, my family, close friends and team mates.

Earlier this year we lost my beautiful wife Miffy. The most amazing wife to me and mum to our amazing daughter Frankie. A hole that we will never fill. Miffy taught us both to live life to the full. Making memories was her life's goal...... so this one is for you luvly girl. We love and miss you soooo much.
