On Saturday 29th November, I will be abseiling down 150ft from Croke Park, Dublin (Europe's third largest stadium!). Any support would be truly appreciated.....

On the 10th of May this year my family needed to use the services provided by the Air Ambulance, our son Mark collapsed at home with a cardiac arrest, unfortunately for us Mark passed away at 1329 hrs.

We will always be very grateful for all the help and support provided to my family that day.
