This January, I am embarking on a transformative journey by participating in Dry January, and I am thrilled to announce that the beneficiary of my efforts will be the Resurgam Community Development Trust, specifically supporting Barnardo's Parents and Infant Programme (PIP). This invaluable programme is designed to empower parents and carers of children aged 0-3 years through structured weekly sessions held in community venues.

The PIP adopts a child-centred approach that nurtures all areas of development, including essential skills such as speech, language, and communication. It provides parents with vital advice, guidance, and support on various topics—ranging from fostering positive relationships during the early years to understanding their child's development and behaviour.
