Hi, I am completing a 176 mile charity bike ride travelling the length of Wales over 2 days to raise money and awareness for Noah's Ark Children's Hospital.

The ride will start from Bangor University to Aberystwyth University (c. 100miles) on the first day and then to Swansea (76 miles) on the second day.

Why? You may well ask.

Noah's Ark Children's Hospital has a very special place in my heart; the fantastic work they continue to do and the lives they change on a daily basis are a stark reminder of how lucky we are and how some children (and their families) depend on facilities like this.
