Gareth and Sam have decided to take part in the "100k in May" challenge to raise money for the Williams Syndrome Foundation.

Gareth's daughter Evie has Williams Syndrome, a very rare condition affecting about 1 in 18,000 people). It causes cardiac, physical and mental health problems, as well as learning disabilities. The Foundation funds research, provides support for families, carers and professionals, organises national and local events for families, provides respite holidays, and is generally amazing!

We have agreed that if anyone is prepared to go over the top and sponsor us some EXTRA cash, we'll do at least one of our runs in our opposite football tops - Gareth in Chelsea kit and Sam in Liverpool. This will be more painful than the running!

The WSF is a small charity which relies solely on donations, so anything you can give will be HUGELY appreciated!
