On Sunday, June 8th 2025, I’ll be taking on the Hull 10K to raise money for an incredible cause: Arafest.

Arafest is a charity very close to my heart.

Arafest currently organises 3 charity events a year; a Summer Festival, a Christmas Charity Ball and participation in the annual HULL 10K Fundraiser.

They pride themselves on family friendly events. Every single penny raised is for charity and they have a strict criteria of the types of charities they support.

They are a charity set up with a clear purpose; for the advancement in life and the relief needed among children and young people living in Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire by providing grants to charities and other organisations to;

A. Provide recreational and leisure time activities in the interest of social welfare, designed to improve the conditions and life of children and young people.

B. Provide supported activities which develop the skills, capacities and capabilities of children and young people and enable them to participate in society as mature and responsible individuals.

Running 10 kilometers is no small challenge, but it's nothing compared to the difference your donations can make. Every step I take will be for Arafest — and with your support, we can help them continue their amazing work.
