Story
In 2025 I will be taking part in a 4-day hike throughout Kerala through an organisation called Discover Adventure.
For many years I have wanted to visit India and explore some its natural beauty. Being able to combine that with my love of hiking felt like too good of an opportunity to miss!
First and foremost this is a trip for personal exploration. That is why the trip itself will be fully funded by me, meaning 100% of your donation will go direct to the charity. The Newman Holiday Trust (NHT) is fully volunteer based and heavily relies on donations to fund their great work. You can be certain that anything you are able to spare will make a huge difference!
2025 will mark my 4th year volunteering for NHT and I have very quickly become enamoured with the incredible work that they do.
"The Newman Holiday Trust is a voluntary organisation which runs summer holidays for children with additional needs.
The Trust provides holidays for over 140 children aged 4-18 each year, but we rely on people's generosity to help us continue our vital work."
