Double Ultra in June for R;pple

As you can see I've spared ALL expense in creating this page. Too much training to do!

On the 8th of June I'll be running the Comrades Marathon ( 89km ) in South Africa and then joining the Agilio Team for the Peak District 100km challenge on the 29th of June.

40 members of the Agilio team are coming together and joining forces in order raise as much money as possible for R;pple Suicide Prevention.

Although your donations are appreciated another way to help out is simply to be aware of what R;pple do and how you can help by simply spreading the word in your workplace, children's school and community.

R;pple is a digital crisis intervention tool, it creates a visual prompt when someone searches online for keywords and phrases linked to suicide. This tool is designed to ensure more help and support is provided to individuals conducting searches related to self-harm or suicide. The focus is on proactive intervention, bridging the gap between individuals in crisis and the help they require.

By installing R;pple on a device, or supporting their mission, you become a part of a movement dedicated to saving lives and promoting a brighter, better-informed conversation around mental health. If downloaded by all households and workplaces in the UK, could save over 1,000 lives every year.
