Story

Thanks for taking the time to read my fundraising page for State of Mind Charity.

I decided to stop running a few months ago but soon realised I needed to get back to it and saw that State of Mind was asking for runners to raise funds for them by completing either a 10k or 1/2 marathon in the Jubilee Bridge run.

State of Mind do so much work in the community and workplace delivering mental health sessions and awareness.

So to get me focused and raise much needed funds for such a great charity I signed up. So please if you can and want to support me and help me raise a little money for State of Mind then donate on my fundraising page.

Thank you.

Below is from State of Mind founder - Phil Cooper -

State of Mind runners are completing a 40/120 challenge to raise funds for State of Mind Sport to continue to deliver mental fitness sessions in sports clubs, colleges, universities and businesses. Our aim is to try to prevent the next person who wants to take their own life to consider another way forward!!

Team members Andy Ward, Claire Barber, Anne-Marie Berry, Owen Cotterell, Clair Carson, Angela Howarth, Luke Gillooly, Hannah Cooper, Liam Durkan, Paul Neill, Garry Geoghegan, Allan Johnston, Emma Cox
