I’m raising £1000 min for men matter Scotlands Toy Bank appeal, every year these absolute heroes make sure impoverished families can give their children some sort of Christmas. I’ve personally been in contact with this organisation for years and I’m humbled to know them then that work they do is truly phenomenal!

To that end I’m running the Goggins challenge with consists of running 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours! Start 4pm Sunday finishing 12 noon Tuesday! I’m 46 years old and this will be extremely tough for me as I’m carrying some permanent injuries sustained in Afghanistan during my 13 years service so please give generously to this amazing charity
