On Friday 2nd August I'm taking part in the Padstow to Rock Swim, which raises money for Marie Curie.

Also this year I have done a 22 mile Ultra Swim in Croatia and Ride London, a 100 mile bike ride, so if you think my efforts in these events are worthy of a donation then please do.

Marie Curie is there for anyone with an illness they’re likely to die from, and those close to them. Whatever the illness, wherever you are, they're with you to the end.
