On Saturday 19th September 2026 I am taking part in the 15km tough mudder obstacle course. I have chosen to fundraise for Circles Network who are raising money for their new project Men Matter.

Circles Network is a charity supporting vulnerable, disadvantaged individuals with neurodiversity and learning disabilities to live fulfilling and inclusive lives.

Their work is person centered and they support people to be included in community life. The individuals they support are experiencing social exclusion or at risk of isolation through disability long term illness or other disadvantage.

They are also setting up a new project called Men Matter to target practical support for disabled and autistic men experiencing social isolation and who just fall below the threshold for adult social support. To get the project off the ground they need to raise £5,000, which is why I have chosen them as my charity to fundraise for a great cause.
