What is Faith and Football's Naomi-Hub in Uganda?

At Naomi-Hub we break the cycle of poverty for single mums in Uganda by equipping them with work skills, fostering financial independence and nurturing their spiritual and emotional well-being.

The Ugandan Bureau of Statistics (UBOS) indicate the rate of single mother households in Uganda is 30% of all families - that's 2.5 times higher than comparable household statistics in the UK and USA. Life for single mums in Uganda is tough. Usually having never attended school, being a single mum and living in poverty in Uganda is tougher still, often hopeless. Naomi-Hub is here to change that.

Our most popular course is our: 'Reading and Writing in the English Language'.

We also offer (and will be offering) courses in: Hairdressing, Clothes Making, Pig Rearing and Chicken Farming.

We hold weekly Bible Studies and provide Counselling Services.
