As many of you know last year I was diagnosed with and treated for Stage 4 High Grade Ovarian Cancer. I feel lucky to be on maintenance tablets (hopefully keeping the cancer at bay for ages) , feeling currently well and enjoying life.

Friends of Anchor is a wonderful local charity that funds research, equipment, medical treatment and holistic therapies for people suffering from cancer or haematological illnesses in North East Scotland.

Every year the Charity organizes two fashion shows - for women and for men. I’ve been lucky enough to be chosen to be a model in Courage on the Catwalk, a huge honour - which has finally given me something positive to say about cancer. I am so out of my comfort zone, but also excited to take part.
