This Christmas Day (2023) will be 1000 days since I last saw my three children. The last day I spoke with them, held them and set eyes on them. It has been a horrible journey and one which has nearly sent me over the edge a number of times. I have visited some dark places and if it were not for my network of loving family members and amazing friends I may not have made it this far.

I am cycling 1000 miles over 24 days between 1st December and 24th December 2023 at PureGym Newbury hoping to raise funds for Parental Alienation Awareness.

The charity aims to:

Educate and raise awareness of Parental Alienation and the consequences for parents, children and their wider family.

Promote equality in parenting and the active participation of parents in their children’s lives.

Work with other organisations and allies to address all forms of Parental Alienation and support those affected by it.

Hold an annual event for Parental alienation awareness day, this is held on the 25th of April each year as part of a global campaign to raise awareness and highlight this issue in the UK.
