My younger self would never had predicted that long distance running would become a regular pilgrimage in my 50’s but having followed the lead of family and friends, a few years ago, this mini revelation has led me to entering Cambridge Half Marathon this year. Anna has recently discovered the fantastic Pabulum Cafe run by Wymondham Dementia Support Group through her help with a neighbour. So impressive are WDSG and important to so many local lovely people, here is my chance to provide some support ‘out in the field’.
