Playing Spurs Legends… and Raising Money for a Cause That Matters 💙

I’m taking part in a Yorkshire Spurs Charity Football Match, where I’ll have the incredible (and slightly surreal!) opportunity to play against Tottenham Hotspur legends.

This event is organised by Yorkshire Spurs, an award-winning official supporters club affiliated with Spurs, who have raised significant funds for a range of charities over the years through events just like this.

In fact I had the honour of playing in this event in July 2024 when we raised nearly £8.5k so you can imagine, getting the opportunity again, as a lifelong (and at times long-suffering!) Spurs fan, is genuinely a dream — the chance to step onto the pitch again, with players I’ve grown up watching and idolising is so exciting!

But more importantly, I’m doing this to raise money for Prostate Cancer UK — a cause that impacts so many families.

1 in 8 men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer.

That’s a statistic that’s hard to ignore, and a big reason why this matters so much.

I’m aiming to raise at least £500, and every donation — no matter the size — will help fund vital research, support, and awareness.
