On the 22nd August 2026 Mark and I will be hiking along one of Scotlands most breathtaking mountains, Ben Nevis, but not along the usual pony track! We are going via the infamous Càrn Mòr Dearg arête. The hike along this Grade 1 knife edge ridge take approximately 9 to 11 hours to reach the summit of Ben Nevis. With steep drops and large boulders to scramble over this is no mean feat 🤨 I would like to take this opportunity to reach out to my friends and family to help raise money for Street Paws, a UK based charity which helps support the homeless and their four legged friends. For some homeless people their pet is their lifeline rather than a luxury. Providing vital vetinary care and shelter where needed. As a lifelong animal lover I would greatly appreciate it if you make even a small donation and support this wonderful charity.
