In September, I will be undertaking the Capital One UK 2023 Charity Challenge - an epic Capital (One) to coast walk, in aid of Rethink Mental Illness.

This two-day trek will start at our iconic White Collar Factory office in London, and end on the pebbles of Brighton beach. 50 UK associates will be aiming to not only cover the distance of 100km over 2 days, but also raise over £30,000 for Rethink Mental Illness in the process.

Rethink Mental Illness is a fantastic charity that improves the lives of people severely affected by mental illness. Over the last few years, I have seen first hand how mental illnesses impact people, and with 1 in 4 people experiencing a mental illness in their lifetime, the support that Rethink Mental Illness provide is invaluable.
