Wycombe Homeless Connection are a charity who help people across south Buckinghamshire who have lost their home or at risk of losing their home.

Wycombe Homeless Connection offer invaluable support by providing accommodation, food, clothing, along with guidance to help individuals leave homelessness behind for good.

I am going to swap my bed for a sleeping bag, with your support we will raise awareness and vital funds, helping those less fortunate than ourselves.

Any funds raised will benefit the lives of the most vulnerable people in our community, fighting the harm that homelessness can do and help to prevent if from happening in the first place.
