The Owen McVeigh Foundation was founded to help ease the burden for children suffering from cancer, and their families, and to provide support during this difficult time and beyond.

The Owen McVeigh Foundation is a charity based in Liverpool that was set up by Mark and Joanne McVeigh in memory of their son Owen, who tragically passed away from Leukaemia at the age of 11.

When a child is diagnosed with cancer, their entire world changes in an instant. The child, their family, and loved ones are suddenly thrown into a world of hospitals, treatments, and uncertainty. The aim of the foundation is to enrich the lives of local children suffering from cancer by providing them and their families with unique experiences and magical memories they will remember and treasure forever.
