I'm running the Dundee Adventure Marathon on 9th July, 13 years since my last outing at this distance.

Montrose Community Trust (MCT) aims to utilise the power and widespread appeal of sport to inspire change, through a range of unique and innovative programmes. MCT now support over 1,000 people in our community, each and every week, addressing health and social inequalities through programmes which support the physical, social and emotional wellbeing of the local population.

MCT need funds to

- enhance the services offered by their dementia meeting centre

- increase their ability to provide hot meals to struggling families

- support their Mission Christmas Toy Appeal

Montrose has given us so much over the years, now it's time to give something back.
