Setting out on this adventure at the age of 57 presents its own challenges, but with determination and preparation, we are ready to tackle the Cami De Cavalls. Joining me on this journey is my son Joshua, a committed 14-year-old ready to explore the rugged beauty of Menorca.

To ensure our safety and optimise our performance, we are fortunate to be accompanied by Ben Pryke, an experienced Personal Trainer from Martlesham Leisure in Suffolk. Ben's expertise and encouragement will be invaluable as we navigate the rugged terrain and push our limits.

Our expedition starts on Saturday, May 29th, 2024, a date fast approaching for what will be the beginning of an unforgettable adventure. The Cami De Cavalls, a renowned circular route encircling Menorca's picturesque island, awaits us with its breathtaking landscapes and rich cultural heritage. Spanning 185 kilometres and boasting an elevation gain of 3,072 meters, with each step, we will embrace the physical and mental challenges that come our way, knowing that every uphill climb will be rewarded with a spectacular view.
