On June 23rd, I will be running the Leeds 10K for Leeds Mind.

I’m not a runner. This will be the furthest I’ve ever managed, but mental health is important.

I have known people who have struggled and lost. So I am running for all those who fight their battles with mental health, to help provide the services they need.

Although I may not be the fastest runner, I am committed to maintaining the momentum and stamina to keep going, much like those who face daily challenges with anger management issues, depression, or anxiety.
