This will be the 4th epic run I have done. My aim is to run 100km in Brazil. However, I am currently rehabilitating from serious knee injury and have not managed to run more the 2km!

You know how much I believe in our work. Reaching the hardest to reach in schools, prisons and on estates. PLEASE give....in the words of the Rolling Stones "This could be the last time" :-)
