Join us at Gas Station Fitness & Nutrition in Windsor for "HYROX 4 HEROES," a 24-hour non-stop fitness event starting at 6 pm on Friday, 15th December 2023.

This intense and inspiring event challenges pairs of athletes to endure a 90-minute HYROX workout, featuring a series of high-energy exercises including burpee broad jumps, rowing, weighted lunges, sled pulls and pushes, wall balls, ski erg workouts, farmers carry, and an 8km run. Participants will burn up to 1500 calories in each session, showcasing their endurance and strength. The HYROX workouts will continue through the night and following day with each pair tagging in another pair once their 90 minutes have passed.

This event isn't just about physical prowess; it's a show of support for a noble cause. We're raising funds for REORG, a charity that aids veterans and current Emergency Services members.

REORG specialises in supporting military veterans and Emergency Services by using Crossfit/Functional fitness and Jiu Jitsu as a catalyst to combat physical and psychological impacts and improve overall health and well being. 

Please get involved by entering a team (£100 sponsorship required to enter a pair), donating an amount of your choice, and/or coming along to support the athletes. The event concludes with a prize-giving ceremony at 6:15 pm on Saturday, 16th December.
