Story
Imagine a world where a child's chance of surviving cancer is determined by their geographical location. In the UK, over 80% of children triumph over this devastating disease, but in developing countries, that number plummets to a mere 10%. It doesn't have to be this way.
On March 3, 2024, I will be running my very first High Performance London Half marathon to raise funds for World Child Cancer. This incredible organisation is dedicated to improving the lives of children with cancer and their families in the developing world.
Through enhanced diagnosis, advanced treatment options, and unwavering support, World Child Cancer is transforming the landscape of paediatric oncology in countries that desperately need it. They believe that every child deserves a fighting chance against cancer, regardless of where they were born.
But they can't do it alone. They need our help to make a lasting impact on these young lives. By supporting my fundraising efforts for World Child Cancer, you can be part of this life-saving mission.
Together, we can rewrite the story for children battling cancer in developing countries. Let's give them hope, healing, and a future filled with endless possibilities.
