This June I will be taking part in the Lake District Ultra Challenge with my wife, Rowena, to raise money for the MS Trust by completing a 29km walk from Kendal to Ambleside. Two years ago, Rowena was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) a few months before our wedding and we’ve been learning to live with it ever since. This challenge will push us out of our comfort zone and give us the opportunity to raise money for the MS Trust.

We also lost Rosie, our black labrador earlier this year. She would have loved to have joined us on the walk and we will be remembering her as we stride out through the Lakes.
