On Thursday 12th June 2025, I’ll be cycling 100km from London to Brighton in support of Posturite and their quest to raise money for a cause that changes lives — The Stroke Association.

This incredible charity is the only organisation in the UK providing lifelong support to stroke survivors and their families. From personalised care to funding vital research, they’re on the frontlines of recovery and advocacy — and they need our help.

Every mile I ride is for the tens of thousands of people facing life after stroke.
