Head Up is a charity which focuses on mental health with serving & ex serving military personnel. Myself & Casey will be taking part in the Danish DANCON March while out on Operations. The DANCON, which can be around 22km+. This challenge takes place wherever the Danish deploy on Operations, dating back to 1972.

We will take part by carrying a 10-foot wooded log, instead of the normal daysack.
