Jan 2017 Meryl set up NSK. It is a voluntary organisation, providing help & support people experiencing homelessness & vulnerably housed. All are greeted with hot food, outreach & advocacy at different sessions throughout the week. We are currently looking for a building in Newbury to provide a bigger & more comprehensive service. We do however provide shower tokens, drug/alcohol support outreach, laundry vouchers, benefit advice, hair cuts, community nurses, liver scans, eye tests & much more. Improving the lives of those in our community.

This is my next adventure after my 643 mile bike ride, now me and a good friend are going to roller skate together 80 miles across Netherlands. Why may you ask (because I’m nuts lol).

Doing it for Newbury soup kitchen for 2 reasons they are to help raise as much money as possible for them and to raise awareness.
