On 15th September, I will join Epping Forest Big Walk 2024 to walk the length of the Forest in one day. The 14.1 mile (22.7 km) route starts from Manor Park in East London and finishes at Bell Common in Epping.

I will walk to raise funds for Epping Forest Heritage Trust and to support their work to preserve and protect Epping Forest and its irreplaceable biodiversity, culture, and heritage now and for generations to come.

I'd like to walk for Epping Forest Heritage Trust because I love the Forest and want to protect it .

It’s an amazing place and has given me great happiness, ‘heart attacks’ ( when I’ve got hideously lost 🤣) and natural healing ❤️‍🩹 when being in nature. I love the forest and would like to support the many people that keep it safe and flourishing .

I did originally think it was 14 kilometres ( didn’t have my glasses 🤓 on 🤦🏼‍♀️🤣) but I think my little legs can cope 🤣🤣🙏🏻🙏🏻🩷🩷👍🏻👍🏻
