Story
There are moments in life where strength and determination carry you far — the kind of moments where you can roll up your sleeves, push harder, and fight your way through. Most challenges in work and life bend to effort and resilience.
But then there are the moments that don’t.
Moments where someone you love is hurting in ways you can’t fix, where logic has no place, and where all the force in the world can’t change what’s happening. In those moments, all you can really do is be there.
Rennie Grove Hospice are the people who step into that impossible space with compassion, grace, and a kind of quiet courage that feels almost angelic. They bring comfort when hope feels distant. They hold families together when hearts are breaking. They ease pain in ways that words can’t describe.
Many of us have stood beside a loved one in those darkest hours. We know how much it means to have someone who cares — truly cares — walking with you.
I’m trekking the Great Wall of China with a friend to honour that care and to help Rennie Grove continue being that lifeline for others. It’s my small way of giving back to the people who give so much.
If you’re able to, I would be incredibly grateful for your support. Every contribution, no matter the size, helps these extraordinary people keep doing what they do best: bringing light, dignity, and comfort to those who need it most.
Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. ❤️
