Sept 3rd - 10th is PKD awareness week, and for my 50th birthday, I would like to raise as much money and awareness for PKD charity as possible.

Polycystic Kidney Disease is a hereditary, life threatening condition that affects 70,000 adults and children in the UK, including myself and other members of my family.

I will be walking, approx 5 miles, with family and friends, on September 3rd and any donations would be very much appreciated by myself and this small, amazing charity that does so much.
