Sky Dive for Palestine

The unseen struggle, the unshaken faith, a fall for freedom
My name is Shamreaz Hussain and I’m a 21-year-old blind Muslim currently studying at the Royal National College for the Blind in Hereford. As part of my extended Project Qualification, I am partaking in a challenge with my fellow blind Muslim friend, which will push not only our courage, but also our purpose; a tandem skydive to raise funds for Palestinian orphans. The children of Palestine have lost everything; their homes, families, and the safety every child deserves. Their struggle is unseen by many, but their pain is real. As someone who has faced adversity behind every corner, I know what it means to fight through challenges and defy the odds. My blindness has never stopped me from pushing boundaries, and this is why I have chosen to use my determination and resilience to make a difference; to spark a feeling of hope in those children who see nothing but darkness and destruction. This skydive is a leap of faith for Palestine, and a way of further uniting the blind and Muslim communities in a shared mission of solidarity and hope.
Trust our experience in Gaza
Since October 9th, our local team has been working tirelessly on the ground in Gaza to deliver aid – every day - amid immense challenges.
Altogether, we’ve been working in Palestine since 1991, providing critical support to communities. This in-depth experience allowed us to respond swiftly and effectively to the current crisis.
We invite you to join us now in making an even greater impact in Gaza. Your continued mercy can provide food, medicine, hygiene, and hope to Palestinian families in desperate need.
Or donate a hot Meal
