Story

On Sunday 26th April, Morson Group ex-forces ambassador Andy Reid MBE will be taking on a challenge no other has done before.

He's set to become the first triple amputee to complete the full London Marathon. That's the full 26.2 miles, all in support of his own charity, the Standing Tall Foundation, and the Army Benevolent Fund.

British Army veteran Andy lost both of his legs and his right arm after stepping on an IED while on tour in Afghanistan in 2009. Since then, he's gone on to become a motivational speaker and fundraiser, delivering his inspirational talk to many Morson clients along the way.

This is set to be a serious challenge for Andy, walking the full distance on prosthetic legs over an estimated 12 hours. He has trained extensively over the past few months to prepare himself.

Morson Group Executive Chairman Ged Mason OBE will be alongside Andy for the full walk, raising money for Amputation Foundation and Maggies.
