Team GEDA are taking part in the Belfast Marathon on Sunday 5th May to raise funds for the MND Association Northern Ireland.

Motor neuron disease (MND) is an uncommon condition that affects the nerves known as motor neurons. These nerves tell your muscles what to do and are found in the brain and spinal cord.

There's no cure for MND, but there are treatments to help reduce the impact it has on a person's daily life. Some people live with the condition for many years.

Our chosen charity is close to the heart of Ryan from the GEDA team.

A close relation of Ryan's lives with Motor Neuron Disease and he has seen firsthand the devastating effects it has on someone and how quickly the symptoms can take over.

The MND association have been amazing in their efforts to care for Ryan's family member and provide support for the family during this tough time.

By sponsoring GEDA your money will help people affected by Motor Neuron Disease and all proceeds will help their cause, providing the best care for people in the UK living with MND.

Our team have been training and are passionate about raising funds in support of Ryan and the charity.
