During 2025, Gemma and Evie (just 8 years old) are taking on 'The Conqueror Challenge', with Gemma walking 750 miles, and Evie walking 250 miles.

With every 20% of the walk completed, 'The Conqueror' plant a tree for each of us within the UK, therefore the challenge is also helping our environment too!

All funds will go directly to Ellesmere Port Parish 'Beacon Project' fund.

The Beacon Project aim is to make the St Thomas Church Building a multipurpose, ecofriendly, star attraction in the area for faith, hope, and charity.The Beacon Project is an ambitious, but much needed project for the entire Ellesmere Port community. The work we have been doing out in the community of late means that we are now outgrowing our building, and we wish to continue to be the place that anyone in Ellesmere Port can come to, we truly want to be the ‘Beacon’ for our town.
