On 14th June 2026, I will be taking on the Windsor Triathlon in support of an incredible charity called FAB – Families Activity Breaks.

FAB supports bereaved families of the military, providing not only much-needed breaks but also understanding, connection and emotional support at a time when life can feel overwhelming.

Over the past three years, FAB have supported myself and Pippa in ways I could never fully put into words. Through the most amazing experiences — memories we will cherish forever — and compassionate emotional support, they have helped us navigate the huge and often unpredictable waves of grief that come with loss.

FAB creates safe spaces for families who truly understand one another. They help rebuild confidence, bring moments of joy back into difficult lives, and remind bereaved families that they are not alone.

Taking on this triathlon is my way of giving something back to a charity that has given us so much. Every donation, no matter the size, will help FAB continue their vital work supporting military families through the hardest times imaginable.
