Bridging Minds Collective introduces Logan’s Legacy.

This is a project that has been created with pure love, compassion and support. 💚

Back in 2014, my co-founder Paul and Kelly welcomed two beautiful twin boys, Luke and Logan. Thankfully, Luke is still with us today, but sadly, just five weeks after their birth, Logan passed away.

From the moment Paul and I formed Bridging Minds Collective, I made a promise to Paul that, in some way, we would do something to remember Logan and keep his memory alive.

After a conversation with Paul a few weeks ago, we decided on a beautiful wooden memorial tree, engraved with:

“In loving memory of Logan S

26th May 2014”🪽

Alongside the tree, we also have a memory book where people can write their own memories, thoughts and messages.

As this project has been created to honour Logan and keep his memory alive, it felt only right that Paul would be the very first person to write in our memory book.💚

Paul will also be the first person to place a wooden heart onto our memorial tree, marking the beginning of Logan’s Legacy. 🪽

💚 Logan’s Legacy is now open to everyone. 💚

You can:

🪽 Place a wooden heart onto our tree with your loved one’s name

All we ask for is a small donation, which will be passed on to The Lullaby Trust in the near future — a charity that is very close to Paul’s heart. 💚

🌿 How to take part

You can visit us at our Tea & Treat sessions from Friday 11th September 2026, 10am–1pm, where you can write in the memory book and add a wooden heart to the tree.

Alternatively, please get in contact with one of the team and we can arrange for a wooden heart and the memory book to be brought to you.

Please just be mindful that the memorial tree itself will remain at Firs House.

This is about remembering those we have lost, celebrating the love they brought into our lives, and making sure their memories continue to live on. 🪽💚
