Hi my name is Jack and I am in year 8 at Moulsham High School. I was born with four complex heart conditions including VSD - a big hole located in the heart's lower chamber.

When you buy our Handmade Christmas cards from Jack's Heartworks, it helps the foundation support family's like mine and they support the individuals who have heart conditions.

Packs of 10 cards & envelopes are £5 and all money goes directly to the charity as the time and resources have all been donated by staff and students/parents at the school.

When you buy a pack of cards, please write the student name in the name section and the tutor group at the school in the messages section so we know where to deliver the packs of cards.

Last year I organised a bake sale raising £400 for the charity and this year, we are hoping to raise even more by selling hand-made Christmas cards which we have made in tutor time.
