10 years ago I lost my best friend, my mam. She was the most amazing selfless lady I know. So to honor her memory I have chosen to do my first ever race to raise money for Mind in neath port talbot. More support is needed for people struggling with thier mental health and this as a family is something we feel strongly and passionately about.
