I'll be taking part in the Great South Run on 15th October 2023, running 10 miles in support of my colleague's son Olly, who earlier this year received a devastating cancer diagnosis.

This is the first organised run I've ever attempted and I couldn't even run 5k when I started training, so your support would mean the world to me!

All money raised will go straight to Olly's chosen charity, Young Lives vs Cancer.
