This year, I'm talking part in Moonlight Memory Walk, an uplifting evening where hundreds of supporters walk in memory of our loved ones while raising vital funds for families supported by Children’s Hospice South West.

Theo recieved respite at Little Harbour from 2017 until he passed away in January 2024. Although his passing was sudden the team at Little Harbour made sure we had access to there Star Born room which allowed us to spend 5 days with Theo after he passed day and night using specialist beds and equipment. The care we received didn't stop after Theo passed they still care for grieving families years after their children's passing.
