This Christmas I will be dressing in my best festive outfit and completing 4k to support SeeAbility and celebrate the Joy of Movement!

SeeAbility supports people with learning disabilities and autism who may also experience sight loss. As a charity they strive to provide a broad range of support to enable people to live full lives and achieve things they never thought possible.

Any help you can give this Christmas to support my fundraising is gratefully received.

- £15 could contribute towards a communication device to promote choice and independence.

- £50 could provide sensory activities for someone living with sight loss so they can experience the world in their own unique way

- £100 could help someone with a life limiting condition have exercise therapy to live life to the full.
